Well Hey Y'all,
Well just to say this was sure a fun week! Great things happened that I will never forget!
Monday of course was our P-day! So it was Elder Clark's Birthday(Assistant to the President) So we went up and celebrated his birthday! It was really fun. We went to the mall and you never will believe it. There was country music playing in the back ground and I knew every single one. Which was the bad thing. Also a Rascal Flatts song came on. And you know me and my Country Music. If Rascal Flatts comes on I am in trouble. When the song came on I just started singing I am a Child of God!
But I lived.
Well later that day we got to watch a Tree lighting! it was so cool! I was so excited! I just love Christmas! It was so awesome!
Well later we had Family home evening with some Recent Converts! It was the best! I was so excited about that! It was nice to have that again. They can't wait for us to come back next week!!
Tuesday we had a wonderful District meeting! It was so powerful. Sister Goade and I did a training on talking to Everyone. I even learned when I even was giving the training which is the best! I love when that happens. Also we all shared our testimony about our savior.l That was just the best! It was pretty sad because it is our last one for the Transfer. Yep Transfers are coming up. Find out who leaves on Saturday! But great things are going to happen. Where ever I go I know that is where I need to be at that time.
Wednesday We had Exchanges with The Perry Sisters! That was super fun!! I stayed in Forsyth which was so awesome. I really enjoyed it. We where able to be in the right place at the right time to see some amazing people. I just think the spirit is so amazing and how it guides you to the people you need at that time.
We just had ad wonderful time learning from one another.
Well just to say we went to see Bill and Bernice! They are just the best! I was able to share a scripture that they quote in # A Savior is Born! 2 Nephi 19:6. It is truly amazing! I just love it!
Thursday we got back together again and went over to see Briana. Dixie her little girl got asked my Sister Goade who was her favorite. She says my name. Aww. my heart just sunk.I never knew how much I could impact just a cute little girl.
Well there was a Christmas Parade and that was amazing. It was a great way to have some street contacting before the parade. Yes I was filming and talking photos. The cool part was Sister Goade and I saw so many of the people we are teaching in the parade. It was so cool! Well after words we saw Bill and Bernice and they gave us Sisters Christmas Earrings. It was the best! I will never forget that ever.
Friday
We had Exchanges again. This time I left and went to Gray!! IT was the best. A family feed us! The Englands!! By the way they love BYU!!! I was so excited!! It was the best! they where the best!!
We also had our Weekly Planning Session before we had Exchanges which was so good!
Saturday
I woke up and was wondering why i was in Ben's house. Just to say their apartment is the same as Ben's and Kaloni's. It was really funny. I thought it was so cool how I got to go to Gray!
Well we saw a lot of people which was amazing!! We saw a guy. Talked with him for a while and then wanted to leave us with a prayer. He said that he was grateful that he was able to leave the kitchen door and garage door open. Normally he doesn't do it but knew there was a reason why. It was just a miracle.
Then we went into a house that had Christmas in Every room! It was so cool!! I was jumping for joy inside!!
Then we exchanges back and got back to seeing those in Forsyth.
Sunday was just what I needed. It was truly the best! We had 44 people at church. Woot Woot!!
Funny thing one of our investigators told us that our mission is just like the Hungar games but we don't kill anyone. Well just to say We got to watch the Christmas Devotional! The Macon Elders told us if we where going to the same place as the Elders we would have to put a sheet up in the room. They told the Elders and they believed it. Then they told us that we need to even thou we knew they where joking. So that is what we did. We made a little tent and made the Elders go around in the back so they wouldn't see us. It worked until they said that John told them. Sister Goade and I where not very happy about that. But it was funny while it lasted.
So The Christmas Devotional! Oh Man that was amazing!!! I could really feel the spirit in the room. Also I could really feel my dad's love for me. Even thou a lot of things where said that hit me strong. Sister Goade and I just cried during the whole thing.
And the Song that was sung before President Uchtdorf hit me so strong. Knowing that I was able to sing that song my last year of high school! Also that my Dad Got to come to that!
That night was just full of mixed emotions but I had a wonderful companion who went through the same thing and we where able to help one another. I am so Grateful that I was able to have Sister Goade as a companion. I don't know what would do with out knowing her. She is just the best!
We also had a linger Longer!! It was the best!!
Thought: "The blessings you receive are greater than anything you ever give up!"
I love y'all! I hope Y'all have a wonderful week!
By the way 18 days till Christmas!!
